THE DUTY TO WIN, THE RIGHT TO LOSE

What does winning or losing mean for an athlete?

Why and for whom do you win?

Is winning at all costs ever justified?

What purpose do rules serve in sport?

What is the coach’s role?

These are all questions raised in the “Me&You” part of the “We are Olympians, and You?” temporary exhibition.

They are presented in the form of a rigged table football game and interactive cartoons so that visitors can get a real insight into each situation.

An animated film and the stories of both clean and repentant athletes also invite visitors to think about how they see these values-related issues.
